Your parcel must pass through two customs: the American one and the your country one. So, before your goods are shipped, you will be asked to complete the Customs Declaration.

By making the Customs Declaration, you indicate what value assign to the goods you have purchased in the United States ; we will take care of completing the customs documents based on your declaration.

Based on the shipping cost, the type and value of the goods you are importing, you will have to pay customs duties (DUTies and taxes).

The accuracy and completeness of the import declarations (the commercial invoice accompanying the shipment from the United States) is important and necessary. This process is intended to minimize the risk that, due to a simple formal error, your goods will be stoped at customs. However, the fact that we take care of filling out the customs documents correctly and completely, does not exclude the possibility that the customs authority may stop your parcel to inspect the goods it contains.
