Forbidden Goods

Forbidden Goods U.S. customs regulations require that certain types of goods cannot be shipped worldwide  

Here is the list:

  1. Prescription drugs, including dental and veterinary drugs
  2. Prescription medical devices
  3. Medical devices not approved by the FDA
  4. Prohormones, human growth hormones, stem cell treatments, steroids or synthetic versions
  5. Any food, supplement, drug or cosmetic for which a consumer safety notice has been issued
  6. Laboratory reagents, biological products, cultures, medical samples
  7. Poisonous substances
  8. Toxic substances, including those dangerous by inhalation
  9. Infectious substances
  10. Explosives, fireworks, gunpowder, rockets or matches
  11. gasolines, diesel or other fuels
  12. Lighters containing fuel
  13. Ready to eat meals (MRE)
  14. Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides
  15. Radioactive elements or products
  16. Self-balancing boards (hoverboard)
  17. Oxidizing agents
  18. Fire extinguishers
  19. Firearms, pistols and accessories therefor, including replicas
  20. BB guns / pellets / airsoft / paintball, parts and bullets
  21. Ammunition, magazines and bayonets
  22. Stun guns and taser Spray tear gas, stinging and pepper / chilli pepper
  23. Gas masks and filters for gas masks
  24. Weapons in use by law enforcement agencies including sticks and batons
  25. Handcuffs of any material, including plastic ties and straitjackets
  26. Body armor, helmets or items for personal protection with kevlar or ballistic classification
  27. Military / tactical / police shields
  28. Governmental, police or military uniforms, identification documents and badges (real or replica)
  29. Military training equipment
  30. Military and / or dual-use helmets and flight suits
  31. Military and contrast equipment
  32. Devices for thermal, infrared or any other type of night vision
  33. Rifle sights, laser pointers and firearm pointing devices
  34. Defense articles controlled by the US Munitions List (USML) according to the definition of the International Traffic in Arms
  35. Regulations (ITAR)
  36. Self-propelled vehicles
  37. Oxidizing agents
  38. Damaged batteries
  39. Any dual-use or commercial item controlled by the Commerce Control List (CCL) as defined by the Export Administration Regulations, which requires an export license approved by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS)
  40. Counterfeit products
  41. Smuggling or illegal substances
  42. Lottery tickets
  43. Gambling devices and accessories
  44. Tools for breaking locks
  45. Rough diamonds
  46. Live or dead animals or insects
  47. Human remains
  48. Coral
  49. Brazilian rosewood
  50. Skin or leather of snakes, alligators, crocodiles, stingrays and other reptiles or amphibians
  51. Leather, fur or leather of wolves, bears, elephants, rhinos and some deer and foxes
  52. sturgeon caviar or beluga
  53. Agricultural products, including certain seeds, live or dead plants, unfinished or untreated wood and earth
  54. Items containing products of animal origin controlled under the Endangered Species Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act or that require an authorization under CITES
  55. Any unidentifiable material or chemical
  56. Perishable goods
  57. Tobacco
